The Lakeside Guesthouse is an Edwardian house situated on the sea front directly opposite the boating lake with views which look out to the sea across Tees bay. We are conveniently situated on the sea front and only 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre and golf course, a 10 minute walk from the bus and railway station. Middlesbrough is 5 miles away. There are 8 rooms in total, 3 standard singles (shared shower and toilet) 2 single en suite rooms, a twin en suite room, and 2 double en suite rooms each with a 4 poster bed and a single bed, they may also be used as a twin or family room, both of which have fabulous views across the sea. We are in great location, everything is within walking distance, the beach, golf course, town centre, railway and bus station.
